All Lux Design Car Mats products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
We stand behind the quality of our materials and craftsmanship, ensuring long-lasting performance under normal use conditions.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers manufacturing-related defects only, including:

  • Stitching or seam defects

  • Material defects caused during production

  • Factory-related issues affecting product performance

  • Non-slip backing issues resulting from manufacturing defects

What Is NOT Covered Under Warranty?

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear over time

  • Damage caused by misuse, excessive force, or physical damage (cuts, burns, punctures, tears)

  • Damage caused by improper installation or incorrect placement

  • Damage resulting from improper cleaning methods or harsh chemicals

  • Environmental damage (excessive heat, water exposure beyond intended use)

  • Custom-made or personalized products unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is present

Warranty Resolution Policy

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed:

  • A replacement product will be produced and shipped at no cost

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only if replacement solutions fail

This warranty does not cover preference-based concerns such as color, texture, or design choices.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Email info@luxdesigncarmats.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  3. Our warranty team will review your request and respond as soon as possible

Requests submitted without visual documentation may not be reviewed.
