At Lux Design Car Mats, we stand behind the quality of our materials, craftsmanship, and custom production process.

All Lux Design Car Mats products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

This warranty begins from the date your order is delivered.


1. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers confirmed manufacturing-related defects, including:

Stitching or seam defects
Material defects caused during production
Production-related issues affecting product performance
Non-slip backing issues caused by manufacturing defects
Confirmed defects in craftsmanship or finishing

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Lux Design Car Mats will provide the most appropriate solution, which may include repair guidance, replacement of the affected mat, or replacement of the full set where necessary.


2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

Normal wear and tear over time
Misuse, excessive force, cuts, burns, punctures, tears, or physical damage
Improper installation, incorrect placement, or failure to secure the mats properly
Improper cleaning methods, harsh chemicals, or machine washing
Damage caused by accidents, pets, liquids, stains, or external factors
Color, texture, or design preferences after the order has been produced
Incorrect vehicle information or customization choices provided by the customer

Because our products are custom-made, preference-based concerns such as selected color, logo color, edge color, design style, or material preference are not considered warranty defects.


3. Fitment-Related Concerns

If you believe there is a fitment issue, please contact us with clear photos or videos showing the mats installed inside your vehicle.

Before submitting a claim, please make sure that:

All previous mats have been removed
The mats are positioned correctly
The seats are adjusted properly
The mats are aligned with the correct fixing points where applicable

Many fitment concerns can be resolved with proper installation guidance. If a confirmed production or fitment-related issue is found, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.


4. Warranty Resolution Policy

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, Lux Design Car Mats will first aim to resolve the issue through a replacement or correction.

Depending on the case, the solution may include:

Installation or care guidance
Replacement of the affected mat
Replacement of the full set if necessary
Another fair resolution based on the situation

Refunds are not guaranteed under warranty and are generally considered only if a replacement or correction cannot reasonably resolve the issue.


5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

6. Important Warranty Notes

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Lux Design Car Mats reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the order details, product condition, usage, and supporting documentation provided.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured products.
