All Lux Design Car Mats products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against confirmed manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
The warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered.
1. What the Warranty Covers
Our 2-year limited warranty covers confirmed manufacturing-related defects, including:
- Stitching or seam defects
- Material defects caused during production
- Production-related issues affecting product performance
- Non-slip backing issues caused by manufacturing defects
- Confirmed defects in craftsmanship or finishing
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Lux Design Car Mats will determine the most appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair or care guidance, replacement of the affected mat, or replacement of the complete set where necessary.
2. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Misuse, excessive force, cuts, burns, punctures, tears, or other physical damage
- Improper installation, incorrect placement, or failure to secure the mats correctly
- Improper cleaning methods, harsh chemicals, machine washing, or unsuitable cleaning products
- Accidents, pets, spills, stains, or other external causes
- Color, texture, material, or design preferences after production
- Incorrect vehicle information or customization selections provided by the customer
Because our products are made to order, preference-based concerns relating to selected colors, stitching, edging, logos, design style, or material choice are not considered manufacturing defects.
3. Fitment-Related Concerns
If you believe there is a fitment issue, please contact us with clear photos or videos showing the mats installed inside your vehicle.
Before submitting a fitment claim, please make sure that:
- All previous floor mats have been removed
- The new mats are positioned correctly
- The seats are adjusted appropriately
- The mats are aligned with the applicable factory fixing points
Many fitment concerns can be resolved through correct installation or positioning.
If a confirmed production-related fitment issue is identified, our team will review the case and provide the most appropriate solution.
4. Warranty Resolution Policy
If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, Lux Design Car Mats will first seek to resolve the issue through correction, replacement, or other appropriate support.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include:
- Installation or care guidance
- Replacement of the affected mat
- Replacement of the complete set where necessary
- Another appropriate resolution based on the specific circumstances
Refunds are not automatically provided under the warranty and may be considered where a replacement or reasonable corrective solution cannot adequately resolve a confirmed manufacturing defect.

6. Important Warranty Information
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers eligible manufacturing defects reported within 2 years from the delivery date.
Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Lux Design Car Mats reserves the right to determine the appropriate warranty resolution based on the order information, product condition, nature of the issue, usage, and supporting documentation provided.
This limited warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
