Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lux Design Car Mats. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns & Exchanges

• You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.


Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.
• We will immediately update you on the refund status after the inspection.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
• The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer’s policies.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product.
• If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
