Thank you for choosing Lux Design Car Mats. We are proud to enhance your vehicle with premium craftsmanship, refined design, and precise tailoring.
Every product offered on our website is custom-made from scratch based on your selected vehicle model, production year, interior layout, color combinations, and personal design preferences.
Our mats are not mass-produced or stocked items — each set is created exclusively for your vehicle.
Due to this personalized production process, cancellation, return, and exchange conditions differ from standard retail products.
Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
1. Important Notice – Custom-Made Products
All Lux Design Car Mats products are classified as custom-made and personalized goods.
Once production has begun, standard cancellation or return rights do not apply.
Returns or refunds cannot be accepted for the following reasons:

Change of mind after ordering

Dissatisfaction with color or design choices

No longer needing the product

Preference for a different configuration after production
Customers are responsible for ensuring that vehicle details and design selections are correct before completing their order.
2. Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
Production begins shortly after an order is placed. The following policy applies:
Within the First 24 Hours
Orders may be canceled or modified free of charge.
24–72 Hours After Order Placement
During this stage, materials are prepared and production may begin.
Cancellations requested within this period are eligible for a refund minus a 35% production fee to cover material and labor costs.
After 72 Hours
Once production is underway, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
3. Fitment Support & Resolution Policy
Our priority is ensuring that your mats fit your vehicle correctly and safely.
Any fitment concern is handled as a support and resolution process, not as an automatic return.
Installation Guidance
Many fitment concerns are related to installation rather than production accuracy.
Before submitting a support request, please ensure that:

All previous mats have been removed

Seats are positioned correctly

Mats are properly aligned and secured
Our support team is always available to assist with installation guidance.
Support Request Requirements
If you believe there is a genuine issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos or videos showing the concern

Your order number
Requests submitted without visual documentation may not be reviewed.
Resolution Process
If a manufacturing-related issue is confirmed, we will produce and ship a replacement set at no cost.
Refunds are considered only as a last resort, and only if replacement solutions fail to resolve the issue.
4. Approved Return Conditions (Exceptional Cases Only)
In rare cases where a return is approved:

Written authorization is required

Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original packaging

Products must be in resellable condition
Approved returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee, as custom-made products cannot be resold.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping and service fees are non-refundable.
5. Delivery, Address & Customs Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses

Returned shipments due to address issues may require additional reshipping fees

Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the customer’s responsibility

Orders refused due to customs charges are not eligible for refunds
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Final Note
All solutions under this policy are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Lux Design Car Mats reserves the right to determine and apply the most fair and appropriate resolution while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
