All Lux Design Car Mats products are custom-made specifically for your vehicle, based on the selected model, configuration, and design preferences.

Because every set is produced exclusively for each customer, production begins only after your order has been confirmed.

• Orders are reviewed and processed after payment confirmation
• Custom production typically takes 7–21 business days
• Each set is individually handcrafted, inspected, and quality-checked before shipment
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

Our production process ensures high quality, precision fit, and long-term durability for your vehicle.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Once production is completed, orders are shipped using express international courier services, including:

UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other trusted global logistics partners

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

2–4 business days worldwide

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Customs clearance procedures

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and package details.

International Shipping & Customs

Lux Design Car Mats proudly offers worldwide international shipping.

International shipments may be subject to:

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lux Design Car Mats does not determine or collect customs fees. These charges are applied by the customs and tax authorities of the destination country according to local regulations.

If applicable, the courier (such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx) may contact you before delivery regarding any required customs payments.

Customs processing procedures and timelines vary by country and are outside the control of Lux Design Car Mats.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations if you would like to estimate potential import charges before placing your order.

Orders that are refused, delayed, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or local import regulations may not be eligible for a refund.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• Tracking information can be viewed directly on the courier’s official website
• Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after shipment confirmation


Delivery Responsibility & Courier Handling

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, delivery timelines and final delivery operations are managed by the shipping carrier.

While Lux Design Car Mats always assists customers in tracking shipments and communicating with the courier, delays caused by customs clearance, courier operations, weather conditions, or other external circumstances may occasionally occur and are outside the direct control of Lux Design Car Mats.

Because international deliveries are handled by third-party logistics providers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx, Lux Design Car Mats cannot control the courier’s delivery procedures once the shipment is in transit.

The courier’s tracking records and delivery confirmation may serve as the official proof of delivery.

If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but the customer cannot locate the shipment, we recommend the following steps:

• Check with household members, reception, or neighbors
• Verify the delivery location indicated in the tracking information
• Contact the courier directly for additional delivery details

Our team will gladly assist by contacting the courier and initiating an investigation if necessary.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

• Please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date
• We will initiate an investigation with the courier
• Once confirmed, an appropriate solution (replacement or alternative resolution) will be provided


Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Lux Design Car Mats is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
• Packages marked as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed

If a package is returned due to address issues or failed delivery attempts:

• The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs
• If the order is not reshipped, it may not be eligible for a refund due to the custom-made nature of the product
