All products sold by Lux Design Car Mats are custom-made and personalized based on customer-selected vehicle details, design options, and specifications.

  • You understand that custom-made products are produced specifically for you

  • Orders may not be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has begun, except as outlined in our policies

All purchases are governed by our Cancellation, Return & Fitment Policy and Shipping Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.

3. Pricing, Payments & Transactions

All prices are displayed in the selected currency at checkout and may include applicable taxes where required by law.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or authorized third-party payment providers, including PayPal and Stripe. Lux Design Car Mats does not store payment card information.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the full order amount.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Lux Design Car Mats directly to resolve any order-related issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:

Custom-made orders are supported with documented production and order confirmation records.
