2. Products & Custom Orders
All products sold by Lux Design Car Mats are custom-made and personalized based on the vehicle details, design options, color selections, and specifications provided by the customer.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
All vehicle details and customization selections provided are accurate
You understand that the product is made specifically for your vehicle
You understand that custom-made products may not be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except as outlined in our policies
All purchases are also subject to our Returns, Refunds & Fitment Support Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these Terms.
3. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to display product information, colors, materials, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, material texture, production methods, or vehicle interior differences.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product, option, design, or service at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing, Payments & Transactions
All prices are displayed in the selected currency at checkout and may include applicable taxes where required by law.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or authorized third-party payment providers, including PayPal, Stripe, and similar services.
Lux Design Car Mats does not store full payment card information.
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the full order amount, including any applicable shipping, taxes, or additional charges shown at checkout.
5. Order Review, Production & Acceptance
After an order is placed, we may review the order details before or during production.
We reserve the right to contact the customer to confirm vehicle details, model year, interior layout, or customization selections if needed.
Production may be delayed if required information is missing, unclear, or incorrect.
Lux Design Car Mats reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable product options, incomplete information, or other reasonable business concerns.
6. Shipping, Delivery & Customs
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production schedule, destination country, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
Lux Design Car Mats is not responsible for failed deliveries, returned shipments, or delays caused by incorrect addresses, missing information, refusal of delivery, or failure to complete customs requirements.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, cancellation, return, and refund conditions differ from standard retail products.
Once production has started, orders may not be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded except as outlined in our Returns, Refunds & Fitment Support Policy.
If there is a confirmed manufacturing or fitment-related issue, our team will review the case and provide the most appropriate resolution, which may include support, correction, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured products.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Lux Design Car Mats directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We are committed to reviewing and resolving order-related concerns fairly.
In the event of a payment dispute, Lux Design Car Mats may provide order details, production records, shipping information, customer communications, and policy references to the relevant payment processor or financial institution.
Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, graphics, product visuals, layouts, and brand materials, is owned by Lux Design Car Mats or used with permission from its licensors.
